With the vision of producing a red wine “Made in Germany”, we planted Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon over a quarter of a century ago, adding Petit Verdot a few years later. The result is our first flagship wine. This exceptional plot is characterised by stony sandy soil with dense terraced gravel.
